The hotel refused to honor my prepaid booking and sent me a WhatsApp message telling me to request a refund from Expedia and then pay them directly in cash. As a solo female traveler, this was stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable. Do not recommend this property. The staff on whatsup is unprofessional

The location of this property is excellent. The hotel is clean. The highlight is the personal touch. Along with the other managers I dealt with Sahil, a thorough gentleman. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Nice stay at a well located hotel

The hotel is well located in the Harbour and include a very nice rooftop restaurant-bar, which served really good food. The hotel is not easy to spot as above an other hotel more visible. Room was large, and clean, but they took 2 small beds and put them together to « make » a kingsize bed, which is obviously not a good option for a couple.

That location was great. However, the room was dirty. the toilet seat and lamp shades were stained, bed, and pillows need to be replaced. The pillows have black mold on them and the bed the the lamp shades are stained. To add I got bit up by bed bugs.

Good Stay, Good View Mumbai

I found the service to be excellent here. I would definitely recommend the Harbour view side—it was so beautiful every morning. Mr. Sahil was amazing in customer service. I joined friends in a hotel nearby and I didn’t feel that the service was as good as Hotel Harbour view. Great location!

Location excellent .The view from room is simply awesome . Staff attitude average . Don’t expect warm and friendly welcome or goodbye . Bathroom needs deep cleaning , mould on ceiling. Electric sockets can be faulty . Phone got busted while charging .

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Filthy black mold in the bathrooms and should be closed down in my view based on health concerns for cleanliness/ disease. The images on the expedia website are absolutely not what this hotel offers. I will be requesting a full refund as will the 7 other people who stayed there.

The staff were excellent. Really helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice and clean however the outside of the building is dirty and underwhelming. The cafe is excellent as is food and staff in it Worth visit

I checked in after dinner because I had to wait at the time of check-in. "Although the timing was bad, the service was very good, and the reception and the restaurant staff were kind." The view of the restaurant is wonderful. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The staff are kind. For example, when I hung out the laundry in the room in the morning, they left the fan running so that it would dry well. But there is no excessive service. There are various types of breakfast. The linen is clean. The linen is getting old, so I think it would be more comfortable if it was changed. I appreciate the kindness during my stay. It is my home in Mumbai. I will come to stay again.
