REFUND REquest NOISE

They were having construction both days we stayed. I had to actually leave a facility because of the noise. It started at 7:30am till about 8pm. Very loud beeping and truck noises. Since there is no AC we had to have the windows open. Also the description of the room showed a mountain view, hot tub single bedroom which we thought meant our own balcony hot tub. Lots of additional Fees and Taxes at this location. I Chatted with someone at Hotels.com and had no response on getting a refund for the additional fees Summit the property management said we could have a late check out for the noise, but since I was working remote it was useless to get any calls done in there. So much for escaping the heat for a few days.
