Bad ever experience

I suggest to not book this place. When i booked and reached the hotel, they said it is fully booked and I had to stay outside with my family. They also said they are not working with Hotels.com. so do not ever book this place and stay out of scam.

הזמנתי ב Velyka Vasilkivska 80 וקיבלתי ב 56 המקום מוזנח לא נקי ורחוק מהיעד שלי ומלא רעש מהכביש ומהרכבת תחתית ביקשתי לשלוח מישהו שינקה את המקום אך אף אחד לא הגיע הבטיחו ואי פאי אך זה לא עבד במשך כל השהות שלי

Room as per picture is not given it was different. Lights was fused almost all only one bulb was working which look dark. Drain blockage. Rest all was fine for me as i was only single traveler
