Gostamos muito da estadia, pena que choveu nos dois dias, e o que se destacou foi o atendimento da equipe, na piscina coberta o funcionário Pedro foi muito atencioso e educado e no passeio de caminhão o funcionário “Scooby” foi maravilhoso com suas histórias engraçadas deixando todos muito a vobtade

Sinceramente não gostei! Pelo mesmo valor temos opções melhores no estado. Pra começar pelo check-in 17h nunca vi isso, horário péssimo. Cheguei às 17h levei 40 minutos pra terminar o check-in. O café da tarde termina às 17:30. Estratégia pra não consumir o café da tarde porque dificilmente alguém vai embora às 18h que o hotel permite. Horário do café da manhã até as 9:30 também achei cedo. Normalmente vai até as 10h. Quarto ok mas não aconselho ficar lá no bloco do alto. Depender daquele bondinho ninguém merece 3 minutos pra subir e descer, se tiver q esperar subir e descer ou vice versa são 6 minutos esperando. Além disso, o bondinho parou de funcionar, tinha que chamar uma van. Resumindo, descíamos e subíamos de carro pra agilizar. Tive azar tb que estava frio e chovendo! A piscina interna só funciona até as 16h, não entendi essa. A piscina externa q é coberta é boa mas como estava bem frio não dava conta de aquecer o ambiente mas a água era quentinha e agradável. O toboágua só funciona 1h por dia que é no horário que tem uma atividade na piscina. Comida simples mas ok.

Sugestão seria colocar como observação nas suítes mirante que elas ficam na parte de cima (na hora da reserva), que com idoso e bebê fica bem cansativo o acesso pela questão de ser longe e depender do bondinho. Mas fora isso, tudo muito legal.
