The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. The lobby area was basic and nice. The rooms and elevators are dated. The gym was adequate. The location is conveniently located off the highway and beside Target and several restaurants which is why I chose it. Oddly they are located in a more remote suburban area on a large hill off the freeway and they CHARGE FOR PARKING which is strange because they are not located in an area where paid parking is NOT a thing. They are not in the city center or by airport where one would expect to pay extra for parking. Shocking.

This hotel was clean, conveniently located for quick Uber to Green Hills and/or Downtown Nashville. The staff, specifically Chris at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was good (typical hotel buffet style). Room was spacious with couch and great TV and really nice, big Shower. Bathroom was very tight though with door so close to toilet that you had to be mindful of your feet when closing the door. There was NO freezer in the little mini-fridge

Mediocre at best. The room was remodeled and somewhat decent but the rest of the hotel needs a major overhaul and cleaning especially outside in the parking lot. Both outlets in our room didn’t work. Beds were okay as far as comfort but they are double beds so hard to fit 2 people. Workout room was nice with plenty of equipment and weights. Breakfast was good. Lots of options including fresh berries and melon. The workers were friendly and helpful.
