The hotel housekeepers were pleasant and kind. The front desk staff members were all helpful with great attitudes. The stay at this hotel was extremely welcoming and all staff provided everything for me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. The property does not feel safe. No hot water. Water leaked to the next floor. Online pics is definitely not what you get I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions. The customer service from the employees was great. It definitely was the property that made me rate this terrible

The breakfast was excellent, I especially loved the waffle maker and fresh orange juice. The room was not as soundproof as I was would have liked, I could hear every car pulling in and out and people talking outside the room, but overall the room was very clean and comfortable.

For this level of hotel room, it was clean, no smell and we could get a hot cup of coffee and sausage & egg muffin for breakfast. Very good location if your going to the Patriots football game 25 minutes away. We did a two night stay and it was fine.
