From my arrival to my departure, this stay was excellent. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, informative, professional and welcoming. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the receptionist recommended a couple of places to visit. I will definitely use this hotel again

Nice enough hotel, convenient location and reasonable price for the area. Check-in blokes were not so welcoming, just the basic pleasantries, bar staff were friendly though. Room was decent but bathroom needs a refurb.

We had a great stay. Most staff welcoming and friendly. We tried to eat at the restaurant on Valentines night, but was told it was fully booked. It did not seem fully booked when we were there (around 6:00pm) and we was not offered an alternative time. We were able to have a meal elsewhere but on return (around 7:30pm) the restaurant still didn't appear busy. Being a paying guest, it would have been nice to have been offered an alternative time. Other than that, we had a great stay.

A really good, well priced hotel. Good sized, clean room with comfortable bedding. Quiet rooms. Netflix connectivity is available on the huge in-room television. Friendly staff. There is an additional charge for parking, which I found disappointing as a guest staying at the hotel, which is not in a town or city centre location Parking is +£12 per night.. The EV charging points are plentiful, but charging is expensive.
