The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was ok but not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had all the necessities and the coffee was great. Pool was really nice and the hotel was really convenient to Splash Lagoon. We’d stay again.

Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to see a bigger variety but understand it was continental. Its a longer walk to splash lagoon. I wouldnt stay there again unless the other 2 connecting hotels were fully booked.

Lack of communication about the adjacent park. Hotel was not cleaned. Person that checked me in was rude but her coworker was more helpful and friendly. I think the hotel can do a better job at communicating the additional cost of the park. We went there on a weekend and it was 94/a person to go. I could stay at kalahari and enjoy the water park because it’s included in the cost and way cheaper than what I spent coming here.

We love staying here when we're in town. Great room, and we can walk right out our patio to the glass enclosed indoor pool/atrium. Even the mattress on the pullout sofa is comfortable! Love this hotel!
