Staff was great. We had a small problem with plumbing and it was immediately fixed. Room was clean, quiet and beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Breakfast was a plus for just five dollars per person.

The property was beautiful, and the room was nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa services were nice as well, but you have to book ahead of time as they are independent contractors. I only took a star off for amenities because the pool area was closed during my stay.

Our stay here was great. Good size room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was only a small charge and good options that the kitchen staff kept well-stocked. There were also plenty of places to sit even though it could get busy. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were very courteous. One change I’d make is that the gym should have a regular pulley machine. It only had a “Tonal” machine which is super hard to use and for only one person at a time. These machines are not a good choice for hotel customers. Also, the restaurant in-house was not open til later and you have to have reservations almost everywhere else. All in all a great stay!

Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and big! Clean. Pool area was under construction. Front staff isn’t the nicest, they’re just there to do their job no more. Lol! Loved that it’s conveniently located to major attractions. Free shuttle to town. Restaurant and bar have pretty good food. Overall it’s a great hotel to end your busy day!

Super comfortable king mattress, crispy, Klean sheets, nice new thick towels, everything look brand new. I only gave it four stars for property condition and amenities because the pool and hot tub was closed for repair or cleaning or something. Oh, in the morning breakfast for only five dollars is wonderful. Everything from make your own waffles, yogurts, various scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, pancakes, it would be a bargain at twice the price.

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very spacious and have plenty of storage if you are planning to stay several nights. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a very large shower. The vanity and sink area has plenty of space for your toiletries. The buffet breakfast is amazing, there is everything you could possibly want available and all for $5:00, we were very impressed. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to spend time in Jackson Hole , they definitely deserve 5 ⭐️. The rooms are spotless and quiet.
