The staff were friendly and always around, so available if you needed them. The facility was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, secure, and clean. The neighborhood was also nice & quiet. Would have rated 5 stars as staff, room, breakfasts were all great. Hot tub apparently broke down before Christmas and was out of service (and is still out) our entire 3 day stay. Normally wouldn't dock so much for that, but it was our anniversary and the main reason we booked. Was super disappointing and a bit let down on the stay.
