The whole experience is bad!

Its a massive tower block, with fire doors wedged open The place is in desperate need of decorating BEWARE of the deposit scam, they INISIT on the 3000 roubles, no cards, then try to keep some back. AWFUL DO NOT GO HERE was that clear enough Expedia - remove these people

Привет, в целом хорошо заюзаная квартира, но Арбат это круто...., Важно то что ребята которые задают апартлюкс вообще на заботятся о сервисе, могут не брать трубку, или не понимать о какой брони я говорю, и они вам не вернут депозит, найдут что то не работующее, и получится не 5000 за ночь а 8000 думайте сами.

I did not expect it’s a luxury apartment

For those who are picky about everything, I can say that this place may be not the best for you. However, if you want a good apartment with all facilities in the center of Moscow - that’s a perfect variant.
