Temizlik maalesef sıfır!

Ailecek konakladık. Temizlik acisindan gercekten berbat bir hotel. Çarşaflarda leke bulunuyordu ve cekyatın her tarafı leke doluydu. Mecburen kalmamız gerekli olmasaydı ilk bakıştan sonra kaçardım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Basit temizlik islemleri dahı yapılmamış gözüküyordu.

Amazing view, helpful front desk, clean and quiet. The elevator does not go exactly to the floor, so there are 4-12 steps depending in what floor you are on.

Hizmet kalitesi sorunlu

Edirne seyahatimiz sırasında 3 gece konaklama için Edrin otelini tercih ettik. Temizlik ve kahvaltı açısından iyi bir otel diyebiliriz. Fakat yaşanan bazı durumlar memnuniyetimizi ciddi oranda azalttı. Check out yapacağımız sırada Otelin asansörü arızalıydı. Valizlerin taşınması için yardım istememize rağmen personel yetersizliği nedeniyle yardım edemeyeceklerini söylediler. Fakat girişte valizlerin taşınmasında yardım etmişlerdi. 4 kat valizleri güç bela taşıdıktan sonra resepsiyonda iki görevlinin boş boş sohbet ediyor olmalarını görmemiz hoş olmadı.

Güzel konum.

Yeri çok güzel. Tam merkezde. Otel çok yeni, ferah ve konforlu değil. Otel görevlileri özellikle erken kahvaltı konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.
