The whole building needs generally updating, but wasn't too bad for the price paid.

I miracoli su questa terra non li fa nessuno.
Molto gentile la signorina della reception che mi ha aiutato a trovare un'altra sistemazione, che poi non era molto migliore della precedente anche se più costosa.
Ho dormito solo una notte in questa città e l'indomani sono andato via.

古い建物だが、安く個室に泊れる
現時点でエクスペディア上で見つけられる、トゥイホア駅から一番近い安宿。部屋は広くて明るく、大きな事務机もあるが、ベッドマットレスが固くて余り寝心地が良いとは言えない。テレビは旧型の多きいやつだ。正面の道路は支線だが、朝７時前からバイクや車の騒音が結構聞こえる（夜間は静かになる）。ネット接続は安定している。台所があって自炊ができ、電気湯沸かし器もあるが、電子レンジはない。建物全体が古くなってきており、壁がはがれていたり天井にシミが出来たりしているが、従業員の応対はいいので、よくやっている方だと思う。トゥイホアには海岸があるが、宿から海まで３．５キロくらいあるので、海を利用するには不便だ。トゥイホア生協（スーパーマーケット）まで徒歩３０分ちょっと。駅から徒歩２０分程度の距離。
