We enjoyed our two nights in Hotel Paipa. The room, although small, was clean and Sebastian was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is central and breakfast was good.

Hotel Paipa Inn...abusivo...

Realicé la reserva para mi y mi familia y cuando llegué a hacer efectiva la acomodación me indicaron que la reservación no era válida y que no habia disponibiidad. Tuve que salir con mi familia (niños y abuela) hacia las 10:00 pm hacia otra ciudad cercana a buscar alojamiento allí...fue bastante desagradable la experiencia de reservación con el hotel pues me llegó la confirmación de reserva al correo personal pero no valió de nada...una completa irresponsabilidad y muestra de abuso por parte del hotel....

Es un hotel economico bien situado cerca al parque principal y a restaurantes, son muy amables los que trabajan en el hotel, el desayuno es bueno, pero toca ir a tomarlo a otro hotel a dos cuadras, el hotel tiene parqueadero, Lo malo del hotel es que hay un gimnasio en el primer piso y por las clases hay mucho ruido el sabado en la mañana como desde las 7

Pesimo

Reserve y cancele dos habitaciones con dos meses de anticipacion. Al llegar me cambiaron de hotel por otro donde el parqueadero queda a una cuadra. Fuimos ubicados en un cuarto piso sin importar que vamos con una persona de la tercera edad que por salud no puede subir y bajar escaleras. El administrador del hotel Paipa Inn con quien hicimos la reservqcion aparecio a las 8 de la noche ofreciendo reubicarnos en hotel de nuesta reservacion original (luego de decirle que podria llevarlo ante la SIC). Bueno el desayuno y la atencion del restaurante
