Percorso ad ostacoli

Il complesso ha parecchi anni sulle spalle e si vede. La strada per arrivarci (e questo ovviamente non si può addebitare a loro) è decisamente disastrata. La reception è fino alle 20, ma al telefono, su nostra richiesta, ci è stata messa a disposizione la chiave e la biancheria per il terzo letto in una busta fuori dalla reception, assieme ad una piantina del complesso e l'indicazione del nostro appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità a derogare dalla rigidità dell'orario, ma i nostri problemi erano solo all'inizio. Nel buio, dall'auto abbiamo visto l'indicazione della palazzina col nostro appartamento, accorgendosi troppo tardi che la discesa era troppo stretta e troppo ripida per essere adatta alle auto. Non c'era NESSUN cartello di avvertimento, forse inutile di giorno, ma indispensabile di notte (soprattutto se l'illuminazione non è un granché). Fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad estrarre l'auto in retromarcia, ma, una volta in stanza non abbiamo trovato né cuscini né letto matrimoniale, e nessuna istruzione in merito. Solo dopo un bel po' siamo riusciti a trovare gli uni e l'altro, e andarcene a letto. In compenso l'appartamento non era male, e nemmeno la colazione. Peccato per la mancanza di segnaletica interna e un minimo di informazione scritta sul funzionamento dell'appartamento.

L'appartamento è sufficiente, ma i termini della colazione non sono chiari. Abbiamo dovuto pagare il caffè a parte così come tante altre bibite nelle feste organizzate dal residence. Migliorabile.
