Great location with access near Utah state parks. Room was cheap and clean, staff is very friendly. However, the breakfast was lacking -- we went down late and there was only bread and tea left. Lots of things to do in the area. Great for travel or just an overnight rest stop.

There are definitely nicer places to stay for the same price. I didn’t feel unsafe but it wasn’t in the best condition either. Only stayed one night fortunately. Breakfast was sad. Literally only weird make yourself waffles were available. All the juice in the machine was empty and no coffee available.

My son and I truly enjoyed staying at this establishment. We chose it simply for affordability but were blown away by the whole experience. The couple that runs this place take huge pride in their establishment and were really fun to talk with. They run the place like a high quality bed and breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean and I believe we found an absolute jewel which rarely happens now-a-days

Considering the price of all the hotels in the area this was one of the least expensive and there was nothing wrong with it people were pleasant the room was clean it didn't smell there was plenty of parking it was quiet at night I would stay there again and not spend more money elsewhere
