Great location, amazing staff, and awesome amenities. We had some issues with our first room (hair on towels, bathtub backup, and a bit of mold), but the team handled it perfectly — moved us to a better room, checked in via text, and even brought a care package of local treats. Rooms are clean and comfy, though a little dated. Overall, would definitely stay again for the service and location.

Good location to see the sights, free mall buss only a couple blocks a way and very knowledgeable staff for sights to see and directions, vey noisy convention people in the nice bar in the lobby so we did not use, I think they need their own space, wish there was aan outdoor patio to just sit and read
