Disappoint stay!!!
I took a 16 days family trip in UK, and stayed in 10+ different hotels. The stay with this property was nice, until I was totally shocked when the property charged me 200 pound deposit after I checked out.
The property said: "One of the terms are that all used kitchen equipment is put away clean and DRY.
On inspection of the property on your departure, it was clear that you had not observed this. Our housekeeper found everything used had been put away soaking wet in the cupboards and drawers."
I did notice the term and condition when I checked in. We cooked for dinner, and when I cleaned up the kitchen, I kept in mind that I have to make sure the used kitchen equipment needs to be clean and dry. I noticed there's NO dishwasher, so I used the towel to wipe up the dishes after I washed them, then I put them back to the drawer. I DO NOT KNOW HOW CAN I DO BETTER!
This is REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!
For any guests staying here, be careful you may need to spend 200 pound extra money for NO REASON!!
