Comparando o valor da diária que paguei em relação a outros hotéis, inclusive em Fortaleza próximo a praia que fiquei recentemente, este deixa muito a desejar! Para começar, todas as portas são de vidro que além de diminuir a privacidade, por não ter cortinas, a claridade da manhã ti acorda às 05h00m! A TV parece "tablet" de tão pequena! Os travesseiros são de péssima qualidade! No quarto só achei uma tomada disponível e não tem nenhum móvel/criado para apoio junto a cama! O banheiro não tem repartição do chuveiro, molhando tudo ao redor, inclusive passando água por baixo da porta para dentro do quarto! Não possui elevador, sendo o café da manhã bem simples mesmo servido na cobertura! Não possui infra estrutura próximo, precisando de deslocar de carro quando necessário. Estou aguardando envio da nota fiscal das despesas, pois no check-out não foi possivel gerar!

O hotel é novo, está em boas condições e localiza-se num bairro afastado do centro da cidade, o que tem seus prós e contras. O café da manhã é bom, não chegando a ser excelente. O quarto é confortável e limpo. A TV conta com muitos canais fechados e o wi-fi é bom. Existe um restaurante, que é útil, pois o bairro é residencial. Há também uma farmácia. Acho que para quem precisa de acessibilidade não é adequado, pois há muitas escadas e não vi apartamentos no térreo. Acho que a equipe precisa ainda de mais treinamento na área de serviços. O preço é bom, levando em consideração a média da cidade.
