長江沿いにあるアパートメントホテル

宿泊に際し、エクスペディア・サポートの方にお世話になりました。 このホテルは愷瑞酒店（キャロルホテル）の上層階にあり、チェックインするためには25階のフロントへ行く必要があるのですが、エレベーターにセキュリティーキーをかざさないと目的の階へ行けない仕組みになっています。 結論から言うと、外からフロントスタッフを電話で呼び出して1階のエレベーターホールまで迎えに来てもらう必要があるのですが・・・中国語（普通話）しか通じません。 最初分からず、1階にある愷瑞酒店のフロントへ当ホテルへの行き方を尋ねてみても「外国人宿泊不可」と言われるだけでどうにもなりませんでした。（愷瑞酒店は外国人宿泊不可の模様） さすがに困り果て、エクスペディア・サポートに電話、間に入ってもらい、何とかチェックイン、宿泊することができました。 ホテルスタッフの方はとても親切で、部屋の設備や部屋からの眺め、観光名所などを熱心に（中国語で）説明してくれます。 部屋自体もとても広く、キッチン（火は使えない）・大型冷蔵庫・ドラム式洗濯機が備わっており、長期滞在でも快適に過ごすことができます。 シャワーの湯量、Wi-Fiの速度も十分でした。 中国語が堪能で、中国国内で通話可能な電話を持っており、電話でのやり取りも問題ない方には大変オススメできるホテルです。 チェックイン時、パスポートを端末に通していたので、外国人の宿泊自体は可能なようです。
