Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH, BEST TO AVOID!

Disgusting Attitude. Terrible client service and handling! DO NOT DEAL with this company OR BOOK this apartment to avoid disappointment! They will deceive you, lie to you and will not return your deposit! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They first refused to accommodate me at the booked and paid price and demanded extra money for accommodation on top of what I had already paid. Then they request a deposit of 10,000 Roubles ($200) and upon check out we left a clean apartment, took all the rubbish away, washed all the dishes, however they made up excuses to refuse returning our deposit saying that we smoked in the apartment (we are non-smokers!), used up all the sheets (what are the sheets for then?) and made some drawings on the washing machine (there were not drawings and they did not provide any photos or evidence). The finally stopped replying to us and just blankly told me they would not return our deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is a crook company run by crook people!
