Lage, Lage, Lage.... und ide ist super

Weimar an sich ist einmalig. Die Lage der Appartements ideal. Parkplatz im Hof und 1 minute zu den ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Die Wohnung, die wir hatte, war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Bad war ganz neu und modern Als Minus gewertet habe wir, dass die Möbel insbesondere Teile der Küche wild zusammen gewürfelt gewesen sind.

Geschäftsreise in Weimar

Wir waren zu zweit, für 3 Tage geschätlich in Weimar unterwegs. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, sodass die Innenstadt inkl. Bäckerei, Kneipen, Restaurants, Rewe, etc. alles fußläufig innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen war. Trotz dass das Gebäude an einer etwas verkehrsreicheren Straße liegt, war von dem Lärm nur sehr wenig zu hören. Das Appartement bot alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, etc.). Ein Parkplatz war direkt im Innenhof des Gebäudes ebenfalls vorhanden. Checkin und Checkout verliefen schnell und problemlos.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, nette Gaststätten fast in der Nachbarschaft. Optimaler Parkplatz für wenig Geld (2 Euro pro Nacht) vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Warm im Winter, Dachterrasse im Sommer. Küche seht gut ausgestattet. Tip top sauber....

Vi var meget positivt overrasket over lejligheden. De værelser, hvoraf det ene var kombineret stue/soveværelse. Køkken og tilmed en terrasse. Møblerne er billige men alt er brugbart.

Freundlicher Empfang und beste Lage

Die Apartments am Theater in Weimar sind insbesondere für Familien und Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Unser Apartment hat in drei Zimmern komfortabel Platz für mindestens vier Personen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Fußläufig sind alle interessanten Punkte erreichbar.

Schöne, zentrale Ferienwohung

Der Kontakt mir dem Vermieter ging nach der Buchung über Expedia problemlos per Mail. Der für 2€ hinzugebuchte Parkplatz ist empfehlenswert, sonst findet man in Weimar so zentral kaum einen. Die Toreinfahrt, durch die man auf den Hof fährt, ist allerdings sehr schmal. Ist man erstmal bei den Parkplätzen, ist es weniger eng. Die Wohnung ist wirklich direkt hinter dem Theater, man brauchte nicht mal eine Jacke für das kurze Stück, dafür ideal. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich und kompetent, man meldet sich in einem Laden ein paar Häuser weiter. Dort bezahlt man auch, ging alles problemlos, mit EC-Karte (oder wie das heute heißt). Unsere Wohnung (es gibt wohl mehrere) war nicht sehr groß, aber auch für 4 Personen völlig ok, vollständig ausgestattet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das WLAN-Signal ist etwas schwach, aber es ging.

Das beste ist die Lage, mit Möglichkeit einen PKW kostengünstig abzustellen. Weimar ist von diesem Ausgangspunkt fußläufig zu erkunden, super.

Kleines Appartement hinterm Staatstheater

Die Schlüssel gibt's in einem Laden unten im Haus. Wir bekamen zwei Hausschlüssel. Wifi vorhanden. Auf Wunsch Parkplatz auf dem Hof hinterm Haus. Super zentral gelegen, würde ich weiterempfehlen.

Convenient location with basic requirements

Perfectly located for visiting the tourist sites. Supermarket in the basement of cafe next to the Theater was useful. Hotel reception on arrival was in the clothing shop at no.16 Heinrich Heine str., the address of the apartments, very close to the main bus stop on Goethe platz.

Perfect Location, Fantastic Space

If you're headed to Weimar, this is the place. Right behind the theatre, very central, and very, very cheap. Full kitchen and dining room, which means you can cook a quick lunch if you don't want to pay high prices to eat out well. Friendly proprietor, very laid back, friendly, helpful. Not a lot of services, of course -- it's an apartment, essentially, not a hotel -- but for half the price (or less) than a hotel room.

Great Location!

The accommodation was an apartment right next to the Theater and, therefore, downtown. Looking onto an inner court yeard, it was very quiet. For me it had everything: location, large size, cleanliness, friendly manager, recently renovated. Note that breakfast is not included, since it is not a hotel. I would go back anytime.
