We love the Glenstone, especially the indoor pool area. The coffee shop staff Tuesday morning were not nice. Stating she was only making "regular" coffee that morning. My daughter had been looking forward to her orange cortada since last trip in October. The Wednesday staff was delightful and made her 2. Love the option if checking out online so we can leave keys in room and just go out the back door where we were parked.

Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!

The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based.

We were very happy with the hotel & staff. We plan on making reservations again. We had some inconsiderate guests that were smoking marijuana on the balcony and it was coming into our room. We were very happy after our complaint the hotel staff reacted very quickly & solved the problem. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended
