The staff at this hotel was truly exceptional. Welcoming, warm, great communicators, efficient. The location of this hotel is excellent for our family which was visiting for a high school swim tournament at the Holland Aquatic Center. We had room 302, which was perfect for our family for 4. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and excellent space for our family. We loved having the Koffee shop in the entry, and the walkability to downtown Holland.

The set up of the room was super cute and the shower was amazing. Great pizza and mocktails in the restaurant downstairs. Prices were great and we had live entertainment, too! Only complaint was parking. The lot was a mess, with minimal plowing and people just kinda making up spots. The entrance to hotel was hard to find, too, between all the snow and construction work, minimal lighting or signs to direct you.

We stayed one night and the room was nice, airy, clean & the bed was very comfortable. We liked that it's a smaller, boutique style hotel with many amenities on site. It's very convenient to the downtown area, food, shopping & other sites. There was construction but we didn't hear anything once inside the hotel . We definitely plan to visit again and would be happy to stay here.
