Close to everything and a friendly staff. The gym is small but has enough to get the workout done. We didn’t use the valet and opted to use the offsite outside parking at Common and O’Keefe it’s about a 7 minute walk but totally worth it. I’ll definitely stay at the property again next time I visit.

Great location, but that was the highlight. Rooms are very dated; windows face an interior hall so no natural light. Definitely in need of a makeover. Housekeeping service had to be requested after 2 nights. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Sign said breakfast was included with your stay. But that doesn't apparently apply to all reservations. We were told our reservation didn't include breakfast. Overall, very disappointing stay.

Earnest was amazing!!! One staff member could've been a lil less rude. Our door didn't close all the way without slamming it, the blow dryer was broke when we called for a new one we didn't get it until the next day after we had to call twice. The location though is everything!! The location and Earnest's kindness would have me go back for sure!
