El apartamento era muy moderno y en buen estado, muy cercano al centro. La atención fue muy buena por parte del personal pero el apartamento olía mucho a humedad con problemas para respirar una persona asmática y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. No estaba sucio pero limpio tampoco, no se limpió en los días de la estancia ni se cambiaron toallas.

The property is perfectly located, 5 minutes to the Old Town. I stayed in the room with a balcony, which was great to have, however on the street directly next to the building, there was construction happening, pretty much all day- so sitting out on the balcony was not tranquil. The room was clean, but bedding is old and cheap. There was no shower gel- I had to go and buy some. I stayed there in August, it was hot, the apartment got very warm if the windows were shut (and also let a lot of bugs in when you had the windows open). The apartment is directly next to a main road that seemed to be used to drop people off/pick people up at all hours of the day and night- if you are a light sleeper, this might be hard for you. There is a big gap between the curtains and the windows, letting a lot of light in, especially in the morning (again, if you are a light sleeper, this might not be good). All of these things are manageable, however the apartment smelt- I cannot put my finger on exactly what it is, it was a nutty, overpowering kind of smell (mould or excessive smoking previously), that hits you every time you enter the flat. I would open all the windows and doors and get the fan going, and this worked (or I just got used to the smell). On return, all of my clothes, bags, etc. absolutely stink- even the clean ones, everything had to be washed thoroughly to get it out. All in all, this was OK but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

A modern and tidy studio apartment that has been converted within an older building. Located nicely between the square and Kazimierz, both of which are in walking distance. Although, it is on a busy road and opposite a railway line. The trains ran through the night and were loud. Bedding was of basic quality. The breakfasts also looked pretty basic, so we didn't opt for them. Plenty of nice cafe's for breakfast nearby! Or, if you'd like to eat in, there is a mini mart v. close too!
