We had a good stay. The shower was extremely high power (I loved it, wife hated it). Staff were very nice and helpful. Building and clientele were bit rough. Back door to hotel does not lock properly so people are wondering in and out, with lots of marijuana smoke all around. Pool was green with algae so the "view" was either it or the run down parking lot.

It was ok for an overnight stay. Very basic. I think the pics online look better than in person. My wife said the breakfast had good options. I think we paid about $90 for the stay. I wouldn’t choose to stay for any longer than one night. Just my personal preference. I have higher standards.

Amazing room it was so clean, the breakfast was amazing! And the staff was out of this world. I will be back when I visit charlotte again! The lady in the kitchen Tanya was amazing greeted us as soon as we came down for breakfast and Tahjé was very nice and greeted us checking in and checking out answered concerns. They both kept a smile every time we seen them. Customer service was great! They need a raise!
We celebrated our anniversary in charlotte and got to see family! It was great!

From start to finish this was an awesome experience. We were very impressed with the space of the room. The staff was wonderful. Tajay and Quinton were at the desk when we checked in. From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was a very stale smell coming from the heat unit. We went to the front desk and they gave us some room spray which helped a lot. Breakfast was delicious and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future

My stay was very nice, room was clean and the staff was pleasant. My only dislike was there was no body wash in the soap dispenser, the hand soap bar and the toiletries were minimal and cheap. The soap bar was so small it was used up after 1 day and the toilet paper was so thin you literally had to use an excessive amount. If you invest in better quality products you would save more money because you wouldn’t have to replace it as often. Just my two cents. Overall my stay was a very good experience.

We recently stayed at this property for our son’s football regional championship game. While the rooms weren’t perfect—the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the AC in the living room wasn’t cooling—the rooms were at least clean and comfortable enough for our needs. What truly made our stay memorable was Tonya, the lady working the breakfast bar. She went above and beyond every single morning to make sure we were taken care of. Her friendliness, attention, and genuine care made all the difference. She made us feel welcome, supported, and honestly turned what could’ve been an average stay into a great one. Tonya is definitely the highlight of this property. Because of her, we left with a wonderful experience despite the room issues. Hotels need more people like her!

The staff were very friendly. The room was not in great condition. The bathroom faucet was barely functioning and coming undone from the counter. We had NO hot water. So cold showers were not a great way to end the night. Price was inexpensive but even so I did expect hot water and properly functioning faucets.
