Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Comfortable room, accessible parking, great location, affordable accommodation, wonderful staff…what else could one want? I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, basic place in a great location.

Small, basic room, but great location close to Wells and Kennebunk, but quiet location very close to the beaches. Great big, clean pool!

I’ve stayed at Tallwood Motel many times and love it. I went this year with my grandchildren and son, my grandchildren love the pool. The staff is always helpful and friendly I will continue to stay there on my trips to Wells.

Absolutely great place!!

Check in was easy and the owner and his sine were both super polite and very friendly. I will DEFINITELY be staying there again!! 10 put of 10 and highly recommend this place!!

Place was great to sleep! Pool was clean. Room was clean. Grill area was nice and plenty of outside shade and sitting areas. We will stay here again. Housekeeper was really nice and was busy making sure everything was tidy.

Small, simple room, immaculately clean, and a terrific value for this area. Nice outside area. . .Bathroom use is very awkward since there is no space for anything. A shelf or two would be a big improvement.

This hotel has been remodeled and looks clean and nice. However, there was a lot of noise from people in neighboring rooms that were loud. Other than that, the owner was kind and friendly. He gave me a great tip for breakfast.

I loves the staff and service! The rooms are just out dated but it's not bad. I wish there were more places to plug stuff into the outlets in the room were all used by stuff in the room being the building is just older. Room was clean just noisy weather the walls are thin or just older building. Noise doesn't bother me but I know some people can't stand it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, pool nice and clean. Hotel is situated very close to beaches and right next to am amazing wildlife preserve, estuary! For the price, its unbeatable.

It had everything we needed for a beach getaway. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and cleaned daily.

If I give worse than a one star I would. Room wasn’t clean women staff was rude. Ac didn’t work tv didn’t work staff living on site was loud. Horrible experience! I asked for my money back and got told no refunds after checking in. They said they would clean the room and half done the job.
