Check for handicap plaques or plates.

Everything was great except for the fact that they dont check for cars that are suppose to have a handicap plate or plaque to park on the handicap parking spots. I have a plaque issued to me because of my special needs daughter and had to park kinda far while there was a mustang with no plaque or plates parked there.
