I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

Quando cheguei ao hotel, minha reserva estava com alguma incongruência gerada pelo sistema da reserva(hoteis.com ou o propio sistema do hotel) que foi resolvido pela equipe local. Paguei um preço maior diretamente pelo aplicativo e na hora queriam cobrar novamente. Quarto muito espaçoso. Hotel tem uma estrutura antiga porem reformado. As luzes ficam distantes da cama, um dos abajur estava queimado. Quarto tem varanda mas nao usei. Cortinas de fato blackout, otimas. Cama muito confortavel e travesseiro tambem. Como disse, estrutura antiga, ar condicionado era central mas funcionou bem. Banheiro poderia ser melhor, a descarga estava velha e o chuveiro tinha as saídas desreguladas. Visual muit bacana do lago paranoa, estacionamento é cobrado a parte. Localização interessante a depender do seu compromisso. Cafe da manha com variedades, nas fotos parecia maior. Voltaria novamente.

A acomodação é ótima e o espaço também. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo com uma falha na inserção da reservar no sistema, mas a equipe de pronto resolveu e compensou o erro. Fomos muito bem recebidas e orientadas. Minha única questão foi com a alimentação. O restaurante poderia oferecer mais opções veganas, bem como o café da manhã. Não é um cardápio complexo de se montar. Haviam muitas possibilidades bem elaboradas para dietas comuns e uma ou outra para vegetarianos, mas praticamente nada 100% sem origem animal. No mais espero retormar outras vezes.
