Excellent fresh breakfast, nice pool area, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Comfortable bed, nice one room suite. Couch bed was uncomfortable, do not recommend planning to have an adult sleep on the pull-out, probably fine for young children.

Check in was great,the lady was nice and super helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices, pool wasn’t available as often as we liked. It was closed twice during my stay for maintenance. Rooms were clean and housekeeping and maintenance staff were nice and very helpful. Upon check out the lady at the front desk acted like I was bothering her with my questions and was rude and unhelpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. Short walk to a local bus stop that goes to Alta/Snowbird and very close to the Park and Ride that goes to the same locations and other major ski areas. Also, 8+ good restaurants, bars/grills and a ski shop within 1/2 mile or less. Decent breakfast too.

The breakfast was good every morning- I wish there were a few more vegeterian options though. They did have Cold Brew every morning though, which I really liked! The hot tub and the location was perfect for us. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff all seemed great.

This has been my go-to hotel whenever I visit SLC--over 25 years. It never loses its appeal. Quiet, beautiful & close to the Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. There is an excellent creekside walking/running trail across the street. Good local services and restaurants nearby. The Residence Inn is close to a handy freeway entrance. So it's about15 minutes to the University of Utah and 20-30 minutes from downtown or the airport.
