The actual name of this property is “Australia 108”. It is currently only half completed and the entrance area is a construction zone. The property has a reception and is managed, however the owner of this property decided to manage it himself and we had to phone him and meet him to get the key - this was not convenient as the people at reception knew nothing about our reservation. The room was not cleaned properly, decor was terrible - Wotif needs to ensure that their suppliers use hotel management services in place rather than try to do so themselves when charging top dollar.
