It transpired he apartment was an annex to the hotel, drab, tired, and had many issues.The apartment which I later discovered was in fact owned by the hotel owners son an extremely rude person,verbally informed me that the apartment was described as a luxury suit by the SA tourist board. It would not be correct to describe it other than that of a medium standard, certainly not excellent or in any way luxurious. The adjoining hotel was of a good standard and the staff were very helpful and sympathetic. I gained the impression that I was certainly not the first to complain, Not by any stretch of the imagination could the description luxury accommodation be attributed to this property.
