The bed was so terrible that I left the next day to find a different hotel. They were unaccommodating about that and even told me that if I wanted a refund that I needed to take it up with Expedia since it was booked through them. Expedia took care of it all though. Very happy about that. But if you care at all about getting a good night of sleep, don't book here. I might have had a better night of rest on the floor.

There was a hot breakfast every morning. As we spent several days there, the breakfast items id vary. Housekeeping kept us well-stocked. The host was helpful and gracious. The exercise room met our needs. It was quiet and We slept well. Although the parking lot was full, we always found a parking place. I would definitely come again.

You need more variety of diet pop in your vending machines. Our floor had none and the other floor I checked only had one available, which I bought. Also the refrigerator was somewhat noisy as it kept banging periodically and woke me up a couple of times. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Pillows were small and flat. If they are going to be that flat, you need 3 per person. Towels were small and very rough. Front desk person was not the friendliest. The breakfast this morning was pitiful. I had to wait over 10 minutes for biscuits to go with the gravy. There was sausage to go with it but there was not much there for breakfast. Would not stay there again.

Yes this is always where I stay when I'm in town. The staff is very friendly and they ensure you have what you need. Not a noisey hotel at all. Very clean room and bed is comfy. Definitely my place to stay when I'm in town.
