I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The entry looks gorgeous, the room is clean, staffs are super nice and helpful, parking easy around the Hotel and love the breakfast German style with the special Albendblum German Cake in the hot pan has prepared for invidual guest. Beautiful view looks through the mountain while the Sun is rising up in the early morning. Beautiful location and property for who loves the nature for refresh and healing mindful therapy. I LOVED our stay here. Our stay was the best part of visiting Leavenworth. The hotel is such a cozy, warm, and inviting place. Each morning, guests came down for breakfast and coffee in their pajamas. We sat by the fire, played chess, and watched the snow for hours before going into town. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The surrounding area looks rural which makes for a beautiful view and a nice morning run/walk. Realistically, it’s about 5 min from town. I’d love to come back in the summer!

If you desire peace and quiet with no children, this is the place to stay. From our room we had a gorgeous view of the countryside and the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Parking was easy as it was right in front of the building. There were some downsides. Even with the heating vents covered the room felt hot at night. Opening the balcony door solved the problem. Also, there is no elevator that we could find and many of the rooms are on the second floor. The stairs are steep so getting luggage up and down the stairs could be an issue. We managed to wrangle our luggage up the stairs but it was a struggle.

Amazing visit. The rooms were charming. Stayed in the Almrosen suite and had a wood-burning fire for an extra romantic stay. Resort Manager, Haylee, made a special 2 person birthday cake when she learned we were celebrating. What a delicious surprise! Loved the experience!

Beautiful and peaceful winter setting close enough to downtown sights and restaurants of Leavenworth and far enough for quiet and relaxation. We splurged for a short getaway to celebrate a birthday and appreciated the hospitality, delicious and well-prepared breakfast, lovely attention to the decor and amenities of the pensione. Felt like we were traveling in a different country, which is the break we needed. The wood fireplace in Almarosen room was romantic and warming, the bed very comfortable, and a lovely place to return to after a day outdoors on snowshoes or skis.
