Clean motel room. Quiet area. It smelled liked smoke but that was from a guy chainsmoking near the staircase so All the A/C units are sucking it in. Not the hotels fault 1 guy doesnt have common decency.. Would stay again. Fast easy check in and free breakfast.

The bed sucks the TV sucks, no guide even the guide on ch 2 does not match the channel. The pool has a white powdery substance on the surface. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Definitely never return to a Best Western hotel again.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable including the beds. Situated between businesses yet very quiet. The person that checked us in was nice enough but not overly welcoming. Only problem we had was at night, returning to our room, all 3 of our card keys were demagnetized. It was very cold out and we had to go down to the front desk to reactivate them.

This hotel is comfortable enough. The pool didn't look clean and the fitness room was closed. Looking in the window you can see nothing but boxes. Looked like it was used for storage. The main appeal of this hotel is the location. It was very close to the venue we were in Austin to visit. My main complaint came after the stay. I left two pair of jeans in the room. I called the next day and was told they weren't there. I know exactly where I left them. I realize it is my mistake, but still...

Best Western

Quick and easy check in. Bed was comfortable and room nicely updated. Breakfast was also good for a hotel. Only complaint is the walls are pretty thin, we heard the people next to us very well, even though they were just talking at normal volumes.

Room was adequate, small refrigerator noisy at every cycle. Our room was having to put up with several loud guests phone conversations right outside our room late at night,need some type of security to make rounds and make surroundings more secure or at least guests feel more secure
