L'hotel è molto bello, il servizio è ottimo la spa magnifica. Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo struttura. Purtroppo questa volta la camera assegnataci aveva un fastidioso e persistente odore di fumo che ha abbassato un po' l'eccellente livello generale. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception e hanno subito avvisato il servizio pulizia ma poco o nulla è cambiato. Un vero peccato.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel per motivi di lavoro, l'hotel e nella norma. Presenta un ristorante nel quale però il menù è ristretto ad una sola pagina, molto precaria la cosa.. peccato, colazione normale, reception un po' fredda e parcheggio non proprio comodissimo in quanto si deve parcheggiare lungo la strada, spesso affollata d'auto.

Il wi-fi gratis era inutilizzabile, perché nemmeno una foto non riuscivi a mandare per via della poca potenza. Reception molto accogliente disponibile, parlano un ottimo italiano, gentilissimi. Il bar dell'hotel ottimo, il cameriere gentilissimo. La camera pulita, confortevole. La cena: poca scelta, e le pietanze in esaurimento non venivano riforniti. Meglio la colazione. Il neo del nostro soggiorno: Il cameriere del nostro tavolo adoperava un tono molto personale, oserei fastidioso, poco professionale.
