Всегда везет с отелями, но в этот раз... Полчаса с вещами в коридоре ждала, пока вместо полетевшего электронного ключа нашли обычный. Ладно, бывает. Завтрак, обещанный в 10.15 не принесли ни в 10.20, ни в 10.25. Тоже ладно, но если бы торопилась - изнервничалась бы. И главное - в номере пахло дезинсекционной жидкостью, и запах не выветривался при открытом окне все двое суток, что я там была. И номер прекрасной планировки и чистый, и район хороший - два шага до Невского, но вот - увы...

No asustarse al ver la puerta de entrada, el portal y el ascensor, no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones que están muy bien. El desayuno suficiente aunque el sistema que usan sea un poco peculiar (lo eliges la víspera y te lo llevan a la habitación). La calle está llena de restaurantes y bares de moda. Situado a 2 minutos de la Av. Nevski y a 5 del metro (estación Dostoievskaya).

Etablissement correct. Personnel etudiant sympathique et parfaitement bilingue. Lieux propres et fonctionnelsprfaitement place pour faire les visites a pied. Par contre acces mal indique : une simple plaque sur la porte : il faut deviner que cest l'entrée dun hotel quand vous etes dans la rue.4eme etage : ascenseur digne dun hobbit.acces de la porte de la rue a celle de l hotel dans un etat de squatt , de delabrement avance : il ne faut pas prendre peur car des quon passe la porte de l hotel au 4eme on change radicalement de decor. Derniere chose nous avions demande de beneficier du transfert aeroport hotel : nous avons du trouver un taxi par nous meme : en effet la personne netait pas aux arrivees mais etait soit disant au starbuck : a nous de le deviner .. alors que toutes les autres personnes venues chercher quelqu'un se trouvaient face aux arrivees avec un panneau portant des noms.... quel professionnalisme !!!!! Coucou je suis cache troyvez moi !!!!! Arrives a lhotel ils nous reclamaient 600 roubles... ils ont entendu parle du pays . dautant que nous nous sommes faits avoir par un faux taxi qui nous a fait payer 5000 roubles au lieu des 1500 pour un transfert classique : : arrivee en Russie mal digérée apres une journée trajet, une longue escale a francfort et une arrivee a 23 h.. Donc au retour nous avons loue un taxi par le net et tout a ete parfait. Sejour tres agreable, les russes sont charmants et la ville est magnifique.... Bon sejour a vous tous
