You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 150 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October to 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May to 30 June, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July to 31 August, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September to 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 75 per accommodation, per stay.
• Management fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee: EUR 5 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 55 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Towels fee: EUR 20 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
