The property is owner-managed, and the owners are dedicated to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Very nice and helpful people. The breakfast is good and freshly prepared.
I came to Lebanon for the first time to investigate rumors that alpine snowboarding exists. Charles G, the manager was quite friendly, hospitable and eager to share actionable information. I will stay here again.
You have the front sea for you, and this is just outside Jbeil city which is a great advantage if you want to sleep ( Jbeil is very very animated and very late in the evenings...).
The room was clean and the breakfast generous.
Thanks
Its fair to say that we have visited Victory Byblos hotel many times and the reason we go back is the excellent service and welcome we get each time. I feel the rooms which are really clean are slightly larger than normal and certainly comfortable. Each room has a view and the view over the sea front is fantastic. Byblos itself is a very short taxi ride and cost around $3. Breakfast is really good with a plenty of choice. There is no doubt Charles and his team are there to please......

This is an excellent, budget choice very close to the sites of Byblos. Matter of fact, it's about a 20 minute walk to the Citadel and the Souks from the hotel. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful from greeting me by name at the front desk to other incidentals. The manager was very responsive when I asked for help with my room safe and when I left my IPad at breakfast the front desk called right away for me to retrieve it. When I left clothes in the room at checkout the cleaners sent it down immediately. The only negative for me is the comfort of the bed. The mattress is typical of most Middle Eastern hotels, rather too firm for my liking, but a small detail. I'll be back for sure!
I really enjoyed my stay at Victory Byblos Hotel, specially that I already stayed in several hotels in Byblos, and Victory is one of the best.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great :)
We stayed for a weekend in September. The real selling point of the hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable if a little basic-although good value for money compared to other places. The rooms are perfectly ok. They gym is a little disappointing...the treadmills kept cutting out. This may have been to do with the generator. Internet is quick in the lobby and lounge but you have to pay to have it in the room, although all the other hotels in this price range seemed to do the same thing. The beaches are only 5 minutes walk away. Unfortunately as with many beaches in Lebanon you have to pay but the hotel can give you a discount voucher. Byblos is fascinating. The hotel can organize taxis to the old port and its a great place to explore. (We'd also recommend going to the old town to eat rather than the beach hotels near the Victory Hotel). All in all the hotel is nice and made much better by a great staff.
Very nice and cosy hotel with friendly and helpful staff and management. The place has nice view over the mediterranian, and the sandy beach is just across the road. The indoor AC unit in the roomwas not very clean though. Dont expect a 5 star experience but it is totally worth the price and highly recommended.

quiet lovely environment. Spa was inaccessible without prior reservation, and the jacuzzi wasn't even turned on!
It was a nice hotel with a great view. Room service was well priced and very prompt. There was very little noise reduction/sound proofing from the door/hall way, you could hear everything going on in the hallway (running, rolling suitcases, crying children, key card access) and some sounds from the other rooms (safe access, crying children).
The room was clean and the bed comfy. However, you cannot drink the water there and they did not provide guests with water, you had to purchase it (for an inflated price from the minibar).
The included breakfast was continental, and once we knew what to expect enjoyed it. We also took a croissant or some pita with us for a mid-day snack.
The rooms were clean. Service was fantastic. Sea views with beautiful sunset views are just "Kodak moment". Free breakfast was great. Close to all historic sites, restaurants and stores. Great value.
