Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not sure how this hotel is rated as a 3-star. Our room had no heat and when we spoke to the owner, he brought a small propane space heater to the room. Not only did it not heat the room, but the danger of a propane heater in an enclosed space is obvious. The bed was a boxspring with a thin pad. We could feel ever spring as we tried to sleep. We decided to leave after one night (we had booked two nights) only to have no one at the 'front desk' to turn our key over to (at 8.00am). Further, the free breakfast was not offered. The fact that the owner was kind does not offset the terrible stay we experienced.
