Nice place, we recommend!

The flat was clean and suitable. We arrived tired and neglected to ask our host about stove, TV, and washing machine operation. The tub is very slippery so hold onto something while getting in and out. Hot water is VERY hot and could burn skin so test before getting into the spray. None of these things are terrible I only mention them so you can have a flawless stay.

Clean and comfortable

This was an apartment in a residential area, 10 minute walk to the train station, with plenty of shops and cafes in the area. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

A Real Eye Opener

It wasn’t anything like the photos, it was very noisey, the bed duvet was disgusting, but I had no other option then use it. The hot water would go cold after 5 minutes! Every time I walked in, the women on Reception was so miserable, and she really would spoil my mood:(

“ internet and TV was not working. I spent an hour setting everything up on the phone with the owner / property manager. Disgustingly dirty dishes, as well as some minor maintenance problems through out the place. I was asked to leave 2,500 hrevnas deposit, upon check in. When we were checking out, maid was 15 minutes late (knowing that we were in a rush. Then we waited 30 minutes to redeem deposit back. Not because of the problem with property - apartment were cleaner then when we moved inn... Apperantely, they forgot to mark it down on the day of the arrival. Classic move, hoping, knowing that I am in a rush, I’ll leave it behind like most of wealthy foreigners! Front desk person resolved this issue 30 minutes later, delaying my departure from the hotel to my appointment! Don’t recommend anyone staying there if other options are available! “

short stopover en route to Tbilisi

Fairly convenient for main attractions and 15 min walk from railway station and link to airport. Reasonably well equipped. Handy supermarket nearby, plus restaurants and bars. Initial problem finding, as there are two blocks of apartments, not far apart (we were in Botanical block by gardens), NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEARER IN DOCUMENTATION WHICH BLOCK IS BOOKED AND WHERE KEY IS HELD.. Our block had no English spoken by security / cleaners, so needed to go to main block to clear problem.

On nous a d'abord emmené dans un appartement qui était plus un squat qu'un endroit decent, on nous a changé pour un appartement sans chauffage dans la cuisine malgré les -8 dehors. Pas de wifi. Les draps de bain étaient sales. L'hotesse ne répondait pas quand nous avions un problème. Une honte.
