It's nice to place to stay

I like the place in general, the only problem we encounter was the maintenance for the plumbing lines/fixtures in the toilet,but in general it was a great place to stay for a vacation,we are planning to go back but as of this time no specific date yet.

List of failures. Shower heater hot,cold then hot cold. Aircon inefficient, it was dirty, toilet cistern running continually. Crockery dusty, frypan filthy. Wanted an extra 100p per person to use pool. Sliding door to balcony won't slide properly. Needs force

Terrible!

Most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I will forward documentation with photos to Hotels.com. This Obaid person is careless individual, it took me 45 minutes to check in because he has little teenage girls handling check ins. The toilet would not flush, I sent him a text but he never replied. After 30 minutes of waiting, 2 teenage girls knocked on my door. He sent them these poor girls to fix the toilet. They managed to get it to work, but only for 2 flushes. the rest of the evening and in the morning I had to remove the top from the tank for each flush. Mold and mildew on the shower walls, chairs with lose legs(dangerous), ugly unit, nothing matched. The WIFI code written on the wall with black marker. Dirty and smelly hallways, a total joke of a building and must be the oldest in Cebu!

I was advised by Obaid that the room I booked was already unavailable. Not sure who's fault it is but he gave me an upgraded room free of charge. Big flat screen TV has no use because there's no cable subscription. Other than that the rest are good and Obaid is hospitable.

Convenient value for money

Mr Obaid was a superhost. He accomodated us well from check-in to check-out. Whenever I had concerns, he promply answered and made solutions. He even upgraded us to his three bedroom unit. The place was very accessible to food establishments, mini mall and transportations (if you like to visit tourist spots amd malls). Value for money.
