Wonderful stay! Took our two grandsons to the Aquarium and seaport museum. Nice, clean room and great breakfast. Staff all super friendly. Pool for the kids.

Good Time

Staff was polite and seemed to be always busy. Place could have been cleaner. And kept running out of breakfast. Pool area was well maintained, we had a little fish with us so we spent a good amount of time by the pool and the staff were checking towels and such often.

Mystic Aquarium Lights Visit

Great service and nice 2-bedroom suite. Although the pool was not available due to being serviced, the front desk person found another local Marriott so we could use their pool. We didn’t end up going there due to lack of time, but the thought was much appreciated!

Odd couch

Stay was ok. Our shower was broken, but repaired once we notified the office. Bed was comfortable, but pillows had nothing to them. Unusual couch was not comfortable at all.

A main reason for booking this hotel was for the pool. Unfortunately, despite consistently being told the pool was closed for cleaning it never opened during the entirety of our stay. Additionally, the surrounding grounds next to the hotel was covered in dangerous trash.

SOLO STAY IN MYSTIC

Central location in Mystic, CT. The lobby had festive decorations. The pool and breakfast are easily accessible. Check in was easy and staff was professional and efficient. My room was large and comfortable, clean with all the amenities of a residence. I like the swiveling TV. Bathroom was large with heated lamp. Check out was easy.

Front desk staff was friendly. The in-room kitchen appliances were good and clean. One bathroom door was beat up— holes from a hook that must’ve been installed once were there as well as other large scratches. The carpeting could be replaced.

Hotel is tired looking. Staff were friendly, and did try to help. Pool was out of action on the second day. The lighting in the car park was terrible. Could be scary for women when arriving late at night. The rooms were dated and well worn… On the plus side, its location is good. Easy to get to Mystic and surrounding areas.

Staff was excellent and room seem cleaned but had a damp towel in the bathroom and no clean fresh towels. Had to ask for towels, bedding for sofa bed, blankets and coffee maker and was brought to room. No hot tub at the pool.

Stayed for 3 nights. Even though we had picked every other day for housekeeping service we never received it. Had to call twice for towels. On the second day our keycards stopped working. However, those are minor issues. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was what youd expect from a hotel but still delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

There was mold on the wall in our bathroom, the outside door to enter where room 140 was located had a broken lock. It was not secure anyone could walk into the hotel any time of the day..i felt extremely unsafe.
