The hotel impressed me with its coziness, cleanliness, and convenient location. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a restaurant and a bar! We stayed at the hotel with our family, there is a children's corner downstairs with lots of different toys. The room was clean, the view from the 6th floor windows was incredible! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Hotel took care of transport to and from the airport. We did have to call the hotel at an international number to schedule the airport pickup, but the hotel where we met the pickup helped withe call and the arrangements. Restaurant has vegan options and wait staff was knowledgeable. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location is convenient. Room is nice and clean. Recommend.

The hotel is not so close to the airport as the name implies, but free transfer on demand from/to airport solves this problem :) You just need to call the reception. Good selection of food for breakfast. The room is large and quiet.

It's one of my favorite hotels to stay at before my flight. The rooms are super comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, with a good choice of coffee and a small side table which I can comfortably use to work. The Wege burger is one of the best burgers I've eaten! Also, try the freshmade juice :)) The airport shuttle service is a huge plus. What's more, I like that they try to be sustainable and have water dispensers in the corridor for thirsty guests. The staff are also excellent; all of them are super nice, professional, and humorous. Totally recommend :)

Adding water to rooms would be a nice touch but in general a very positive experience. The room temperature was perfect on arrival, I absolutely love the Elemental Herbology cosmetics. Room was clean, bed comfortable and great service from the reception. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one.

We stayed there for 1 night on 25 of September. Staff on reception said that we have to pay extra 50 zlotys because of early check-in. Than after 3 minutes came another staff and said that we have to pay 100 zlotys for that. After I said that previous lady said it costs 50, he said ok, so 50. What was that? But ok, we went to the room and everything was fine, but in the evening i woke up from the sound that somebody is trying to open our door, there were few tries to open it and after 3 attempt the door opened and i saw some man, so i screamed and when he saw me, he closed the door and went away. I was there with child and my mother. We all were scared and didn't know what to do. So i went to the reception and explained what happened and the receptionist said "sorry, that was me, I was preparing another room next to yours and i opened your room by mistake". But i don't think that this excuses are true because the maid is the one who's preparing the room, and they do it in the day time, not at 9p.m., so i don't see any reason why the receptionist came to our room. The only thing that comes to my mind is that he wanted to rob us. Even if it's not, we couldn't sleep after that, because we didn't feel safe and we were scared, so we barricaded the door with our luggage and a chair. That was a restless night before 16 hours flight. That's all. Terrible experience
