The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk. They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location. I could not have any negative comment about the Hotel nor the staff. And the only place I’ve had a hotel breakfast it was not for me but then again that might just be Serbia))

It was great ,fast and friendly check in. Like most of europe the parking is challenging ,as soon as we arrived they took our vehicle, parked it,end of issue. Room is beautiful, clean tons of storage,hanging and drawers. They even offer to store your luggage for the duration of your stay. The shower was impeccable, on our multi location 30 day trip i have to say this was the first shower that didnt flood the entire bathroom. We would definitely recommend.

Visited this hotel a couple of times and satisfied every time. Nice hotel in the Center and still you aren’t disturbed by noise. The beds are very nice and the service is excellent. There is nothing the staff won’t help with to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We had our dog with us and they welcomed him like a family member even in the restaurant “ The View “ He was well taken care of with water as soon we came up, he even got toys 😂 Absolutely love this place and their staff.
