O quarto precisando de alguns reparos, primeiro dia o ar condicionado funcionou, os demais dias só ventilava, comuniquei à recpeção e nada foi feito . Algumas normas não foram repassadas no check in e o quarto não foi limpo no dia em qu não deixamos a chave numa caixa que indicaria o pedido de limpeza, porém houve limpeza no segundo dia sem precisar colocar a chave na caixa. No quinchecki.

O ar condicionado fazia barulho sem parar e a cama também fazia muito barulho,não tinha como acessar o estacionamento por dentro do hotel,vc tinha que sair e dar uma volta na quadra para ir ao estacionamento,tive que fazer isso na chuva

Equipe prestativa, atendimento bom. Café da manhã bom, honesto. Os aptos contam com fogão, geladeira e micro-ondas. Reservamos 2 aptos, e houve uma diferença muito grande entre eles: um estava em ótimo estado, novo. O outro apto precisa de reforma e troca de mobília: armários não funcionais, com gavetas e portas soltas, além de persiana que não fecha, faltando uma parte.

O hotel é bacaninha, o café é bem servido e sortido e o atendimento é bom. No entanto, o quarto que fiquei deixa a desejar. Muita coisa velha, limpeza não estava das melhores, luminária do espelho do banheiro enferrujada e não funcionando. A porta do banheiro também estava lascada embaixo, num ar de desleixo. O ar estava funcionando bem e a cama era boa.

Fomos muito bem recepcionadas pelos funcionários, em especial pelo Thiago e pelo Ariel. O hotel está situado em um bairro tranquilo, com fácil acesso ao Centro. Apenas ressalto a necessidade de uma atenção mais rigorosa quanto aos itens servidos no café da manhã, pois é perceptível o reaproveitamento de alguns alimentos, que, por vezes, apresentam aspecto de estarem envelhecidos.

Fomos hospedados em um anexo do hotel que fica 1 quadra quase das instalações, um ambiente mais velho e mal feito, o quarto não ficava escuro para dormir, chuveiro ruim. Garagens apertadas, enfim foi uma hospedagem estranha. Não gostamos. Ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava bom e bem servido. Não voltaria lá.
