Great hotel with phenomenal location, literally steps away from the beach. Great pool area with nice vibe to relax. The spa team, Christina and Bekbolot, were excellent, highly accommodating, great service, and very friendly. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit scattered and all over the place, on the first day, most of the food was empty when we arrived around 9 AM. It was crowded and loud, but that’s to be expected. The staff, especially Alex, were great and very polite. The check-in was decent, check-out was very friendly. We did receive an upgrade to a larger room, which was wonderful. Thank you very much! We will be back.

The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it.

Fint beliggenhed, fint wellness område, dejlig morgenmad, pæne værelser, lidt slidt men ok rent. Badeværelse forholdsvis nyt og flot. Eneste minus er hotellets aftenbufet, trist, dårligt tilberedt, manglende opfyldning. Til gengæld accepterede hotellet reklamationen og refunderede det betalte beløb for halvpension. Så plus for denne håndtering.

Hotellet var jättebra, personalen, tyvärr väldigt dåliga på engelska. Gick att förboka parkering men tyvärr ingen fast plats. Mycket bra frukost. På onsdag fanns det bubbel till frukosten 😊 supernära till stranden. hotellet var rent och fräscht. Hela Binz är rent och fräscht. Enda nackdelen med denna fantastiska lilla stad är måsar som anfaller om man går med mat i händerna.

Dejligt ophold med en alvorlig svipser

Dejligt hotel og god morgenmad. Beliggenheden ud til stranden kan ikke være bedre og tæt på byen. Faktisk var der så godt, at vi forlængede opholdet en dag. Men her gik det galt. Vi aftalte 132 eur for hvert værelse (kunne fås på hptelsiderne for 152 eur), men da der skulle afregnes var prisen 172 eur og de var ikke til at ændre. Dette uagtet at det blev aftalt både på tysk og bekræftet på engelsk. Det er ikke i orden.
