El personal es lo mejor muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento lo único valioso
La habitación es incómoda el baño muy mal diseñado no tiene privacidad ni ventilación sin espacio para poner ni siquiera la pasta de dientes y accesorios de mala calidad
El terreno para la Laguna está a una cuadra tienen que llevarte alguien del personal no está acondicionado no hay ni un camastro ni sillas
El hotel solo cuenta con un mini patio no tiene instalación para pasar el tiempo, es solo para dormir
