Terrible customer service

There was hot water for the while stay. I called the phone number and was told there should be. I kept repeating there was no hot water and was ignored until after I checked out and they told me there is now hot water.

Donde comenzar…Nunca me enviaron los datos para hacer check in/check out, prácticamente tienes que rogarles por la información. Nos quedamos en el estudio 2. Cuando llegamos el agua salía café de la regadera y lavabo, también nos dimos cuenta que las conexiones de luz únicamente funcionaba una, lo reporte por whatsapp y me ignoraron, con la situación del agua me indicaron que estaban arreglando un lavabo y que no podíamos hacer uso del agua, preguntamos si había una hora aproximada en la que se restablezca el servicio y únicamente me dijeron que “me tenía que esperar” y que “no sabian.” Considero que son responsables al menos de avisar que no va a haber agua así uno no les molesta. Después de esos incidentes no sentimos confianza de pedir nada más y mantuvimos 0 comunicación con el establecimiento. Los demás huéspedes fueron amables, y tal vez nos tocó suerte y gente tranquila porque no había ruido. El día del check out no hubo ningún mensaje por parte de ellos. Nos topamos a la camarera al salir y ni adiós nos dijo a pesar de que estábamos batallando para sacar nuestro equipaje, igual mientras estuvimos ahí fuimos cordiales y la saludábamos si la veíamos pero siempre su trato fue forzado y no emitía confianza el hablarle. Por el precio que se paga considero qué hay mejores opciones, prepárense para una experiencia y para que haya 0 contacto si necesitan algo durante la estancia. Decepcionante.

Pinta bien pero se porta mal

De antemano les cuento que fuimos 4, dos adultos y dos hijos de 18 y 15 años, desde el día 6 al día 11 de abril '23. Nos reservaron dos habitaciones con baño privado cada una, un sofá cama matrimonial en la planta baja y una cama queen size en el entresuelo. Aun sin TV la instalación tenía una pinta digna aún con ventana y puertas de hierro, directas al pasillo, lo cual producía un ruido bastante fuerte cuando se abrían y se cerraban para el tránsito de los huespedes. En la noche llegaron dos parejas jóvenes qué a las 11pm se instalaron en la terraza (donde hay una cocina compartida qué sé abre al pasillo de las recamaras) hasta las 5,50 am, y de nada sirvió qué subí a las media noche para pedirle de bajar tono de voz y estallido de carcajadas. Al día siguiente entonces, hemos sensibilizado el responsable lo cual al final nos ha propuesto un movimiento, ya qué si su intervención hacia las parejas no producía resultado nos habríamos quedado nuevamente con insomnio. Así que nos envío a otra instalación donde las apariencia está mejor: en realidad son estudios con todo equipado, cocina, sofá cama, cama matrimonial, baño, TV. Mucho mejor, menos que a las horas de la tarde un local abajo recibe lgbtq+ qué hacen fiesta todas las noches, hasta la media noche, afortunadamente. Así que el ruido ha sido la constante negativa de nuestra estancia en esas instalaciones de barrio México y también el escaso tiempo de respuesta a nuestros pedidos, incluido de limpieza y sostitucion de toallas

No muy recomendable

El establecimiento está muy bonito, pero para el precio que se paga, no se me hace adecuado. Nuestra recamara no. 9 no fue bien cerrada en el lado de la entrada y orillas que hace, que se escucha todo de afuera ( y probablemente también de adentro hacia afuera). No hay una plaquita que indique si gustas limpieza de la habitación. En preguntar por limpieza, una señora nos ha dicho que se limpia una vez la semana las habitaciones y cuando me expresé sorprendido, lo cambió rápido a dos veces por semana. Para turistas de más lejos también no recomiendo ese establecimiento por la zona. Vimos muchos vagabundos / drogos en la cercanía y en general no se siente muy seguro por allá.

Habitación muy pequeña, mal estado y sucia. Hay que subir una escalera incomoda y peligrosa para llegar a la cama, cuando lo logras el colchón se hunde de viejo, sientes los resortes y por si fuera poco la almohada huele a sudor, no las lavan. Pesima eleccion en todos los sentidos

Demasiada filtracion de ruido al interior de las habitaciones, la ventana de arriba de la puerta No tenia protección y entraba aire por la noche. El mosquitero no sirve de nada si la ventila lateral tiene entrada libre, y los costados de las puerta con la pared tienen una separación de casi un cm.
